Marketing Online For Business Startups

If an item as lowly as a Figit Spinner can take the Internet by storm in as little as three days and show up in class rooms across the nation a short week later, why can't your business power up and show up?

Let's max out a list of possible marketing options for your business online, within the next ten days and see if we can't send your business to the front page!

Are you ready?

  • As your friends to share it. Scare it. Double dare it.
  • Sing it. Make it a celebrity.
  • YouTube it. Video and Audio share it.
  • SlideShare it. Add the slides and words to it.
  • Groupon it. Coupons work. Discount it.
  • TRY to hide it.
  • Secretize it.

I don't know about you, but some of the most exciting, most responsive advertising I've found online is FUN. When you're really having a good time sharing your business on the internet, others want to know what you've got. A great way to market your business online, is to stir up some action.
Food places and coffee shops can invite tribute artists to come in for a visit. Imagine, photos of Elvis seated at the coffee bar with your customers? Or maybe your customers are younger and would prefer Taylor Swift. My favorite recent marketing event was a joint effort with a coffee shop /bookstore where a book signing took place, and we invited local football team members to come by and sign autographs.

Need an event? Find a local celebrity and send out the press releases. Be sure your Social Media is turned on!
